Bible Touch - Terms of Use

Bible Touch ("Fingertips of the Word") is a Bible transcription app where users type Scripture by hand. By using this service, you agree to the following terms.
1. About the Service
Bible Touch is an app for typing and transcribing Bible verses. It offers three modes — Solo, Group, and Everyone — for personal devotion or group typing transcription.
2. Account
- You may sign in using your Google, Apple, or Kakao account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- Solo Mode is available without an account.
3. Premium Purchase
- Premium features are available through a one-time purchase.
- Once purchased, premium features are available permanently with no recurring charges.
- The purchase is processed through the App Store or Google Play.
- Displayed prices include 10% VAT.
- You may request withdrawal (cancellation) within 7 days of payment, except where limited by applicable law.
- Withdrawal requests are made from the purchase (order) history of the store where you paid (Apple App Store or Google Play), and refunds are processed by that store.
- Other refunds follow each store's refund policy.
- For questions about withdrawal, contact us at the email in Section 8 below.
4. Service Changes and Termination
We may modify or terminate the service as needed. Important changes will be announced through in-app notices.
5. Intellectual Property
All app content (design, features, software) is the property of HASEGI Inc. Bible text is subject to the copyright of each respective translation.
6. Disclaimer
We are not liable for data loss, network errors, or device issues arising from use of the service.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
