Bible TV Privacy Policy

Bible TV is a Scripture transcription app that combines keyboard transcription (Bible Touch) and voice transcription (Bible Voice) in a single app. We collect only the minimum data necessary for app functionality and do not sell your personal information.
1. Information We Collect
a. Information You Provide
- Email and profile information through social sign-in (Google, Apple, Kakao)
- Nickname (for leaderboard display)
- Bible transcription data and progress
- Group membership details
b. Information Collected Automatically
- App usage patterns and statistics
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA, AAID) for Google AdMob
c. Voice Transcription (Bible Voice) and Search by Voice
- The microphone is used only during voice transcription or while you use the mic button in the search box
- Your speech is converted to text by your phone's operating-system speech recognition service (Google speech recognition on Android, Apple speech recognition on iOS). When you are online your voice may be sent to and processed on Google's or Apple's servers under their own privacy policies (offline Korean transcription is processed on the device)
- We never record your voice or send it to or store it on our servers. Text from search by voice is used only on your device to find the verse and is then discarded
- Only the converted text (transcription result) is stored as a service usage record

3. Data Storage and Security
- Data is hosted on Supabase (PostgreSQL cloud) infrastructure
- SSL/TLS encryption for data transmission
- OAuth 2.0 authentication and Row-Level Security policies
- Solo Mode data is stored only on your device and is never transmitted to our servers

When you delete your account, all personal data is permanently and immediately removed and cannot be recovered.
