Bible TV Terms of Use

1. Service Overview
Bible TV is a Scripture transcription app provided by HASEGI Inc. It combines keyboard transcription (Bible Touch) and voice transcription (Bible Voice) in a single application.
The app offers three modes:
- Solo Mode: Personal transcription without an account (data stored on device only)
- Group Mode: Create or join groups to transcribe together
- Everyone Mode: Transcribe alongside all users
2. Accounts
- You can sign in using Google, Apple, or Kakao accounts
- Solo Mode is available without registration
- Group Mode and Everyone Mode require sign-in
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
3. Transcription Modes
- Keyboard Transcription (Bible Touch): Type Bible verses manually to transcribe
- Voice Transcription (Bible Voice): Read Bible verses aloud to transcribe. Requires microphone and speech recognition permissions
- You can freely switch between the two modes within the app
- Transcription data for each mode is managed independently
4. Premium Subscription
- Premium is a subscription-based service that provides access to premium features during the subscription period
- Subscriptions are billed and managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
- After cancellation, premium features remain available until the end of the current billing period
- Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the respective app store
5. Service Changes and Termination
- We may modify or add features to improve the service
- We will provide advance notice through in-app announcements before any service termination
- Solo Mode data is stored on your device and remains available even after service termination
6. Intellectual Property
- All app content (design, features, software) is owned by HASEGI Inc.
- Individual Bible translations retain their respective copyright protections
- Your transcription records belong to you
7. Disclaimers
We are not liable for:
- Data loss due to device malfunction or network disruption
- Service limitations arising from your device environment
- Service interruptions caused by force majeure
- Variations in voice recognition accuracy
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising from the use of the service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
