Hasegi Inc. ("we", "us", or "the Company") respects your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws. This policy explains what information Dabanggu handles and how.

Dabanggu is an offline, single-device game with no sign-up, no login, and no user account. We do not receive or store any information that identifies you.

1. Information We Handle

1.1 Stored on your device only (never sent to us)

Dabanggu saves the following in your device's local storage (SharedPreferences) so you can pick up where you left off. This data never leaves your device and we cannot access it.

• We never collect your name, email, phone number, date of birth, address, location, contacts, photos, or voice — no personally identifying information at all.
• Deleting the app removes this data from your device. No backup or restore is offered.

1.2 Collected automatically by the advertising service

Dabanggu shows ads (interstitial ads, app open ads, reward ads, banner ads, and native ads) through Google AdMob. During ad delivery, Google LLC collects and processes the following directly:

• Advertising identifiers (Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA)
• Device information (model, OS version, language and country settings, screen information)
• Network information (approximate location inferred from IP address — country or region level)
• Ad interaction data such as impressions and clicks

We do not collect or separately store any of the above. It is processed under the ad provider's own privacy policy.

1.3 In-app purchase processing

Dabanggu currently sells no paid in-app products and handles no payment-related information.

• If in-app products are added in the future, payment will be handled exclusively by Google Play Billing or the Apple App Store (StoreKit). Card numbers and other payment credentials would be handled by the store, and we would have no access to them.
• We will revise this policy and give notice before that happens.

1.4 What we do not collect

Dabanggu does not request the following permissions and collects no related data:

• Location (GPS), camera, microphone, contacts, photos and media storage, call or SMS logs
• Account information, nicknames, user-generated content such as text or drawings, chat messages
• Dabanggu does not include any behavioral analytics SDK.

2. Purpose of Use

We use this information for no other purpose, and we do not identify or profile individual users.

3. Retention Period

• On-device data: Kept on your device until you delete the app or clear its data in system settings. We hold no copy.
• Advertising data: Retained according to Google LLC's policies (see Google's Privacy Policy).

4. Third Parties and Processing Entrustment

We never sell or rent your information. We use the following provider's SDK to operate the service.

• The advertising provider operates servers outside the Republic of Korea, including in the United States, so information may be transferred overseas. The items, purposes, and retention periods are as shown above, subject to the provider's policy.
• We may otherwise disclose information only where required by law or pursuant to a lawful request from an investigative authority.

5. Your Rights and How to Exercise Them

5.1 Game data

Your game data is entirely under your control. Delete the app, or clear its data in system settings, to erase all of it at any time. Deleted data cannot be recovered.

5.2 Opting out of personalized ads / resetting your advertising ID

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalization"
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → turn off "Allow Apps to Request to Track"

On iOS 14.5 and later, the app asks for App Tracking Transparency permission before using the advertising identifier. Dabanggu turns on its advertising features only after you have answered that prompt (this includes the app open ad shown on launch). Declining does not restrict any game feature — you simply see non-personalized ads instead.

5.3 Ads and your choices

Reward ads are shown only when every runner has been caught, the round is lost, and you actively choose "Watch an ad to continue". If you do not choose it, no reward ad is shown. Where and how often interstitial ads, app open ads, banner ads, and native ads appear is set out in Article 7 of the Terms of Service. Dabanggu does not currently sell any paid product that removes ads. For every kind of ad, you can opt out of personalized ads as described in 5.2.

5.4 Children's privacy

• Dabanggu is not directed to children under 13. Its Google Play target age is declared as 13+ only, and it does not participate in the Families program.
• Ad requests are configured without the child-directed treatment tag (tagForChildDirectedTreatment), and ad content is restricted to the "G" (General audiences) rating.
• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 14 without the consent of a legal guardian. If we learn that such information has been collected, we delete it without delay.

5.5 Contact

You may request access, correction, deletion, or suspension of processing at any time through [Settings] → [About] → [Contact us] in the app, or by email below. We respond within 10 days of receipt.

6. Security Measures

• Data minimization: We do not collect information that is not essential to the service. Game data stays on your device and is never transmitted to a server of ours.
• Transport protection: External communication for ads uses the encrypted (HTTPS/TLS) channels provided by the SDK.
• Access control: Because we hold no user-identifying data, we operate no user database.
• Maintenance: We keep the SDKs we depend on up to date with their security releases.

8. Remedies for Infringement of Rights

If you need to report or consult about a privacy violation, you may contact the following Korean authorities. The phone numbers are dialed without an area code from within Korea.

9. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised to reflect changes in law, policy, or the service. We will post the revision and its effective date on this page. Material changes that are unfavorable to users will be announced at least 7 days before they take effect.
