Hasegi Inc. ("we") values your privacy and complies with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and relevant laws.

1. Information We Collect

The Service does not require sign-up, so we do not collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, or phone number. The following data is processed automatically:

• Deliver non-personalized advertising — to protect children and minor users, we do not use advertising-identifier-based tracking, profiling, or personalized ads
• Improve service quality and statistical analysis

3. Advertising SDK and Child Safety Policy

The Service uses Google AdMob to display ads. Because this is a learning app that may be used by children, the following protections are applied app-wide to every ad request:

• Ad content rating: G (General audiences) — only content appropriate for all ages is shown (MaxAdContentRating.g)
• Child-directed treatment (COPPA): enabled (tagForChildDirectedTreatment.yes)
• Under-age-of-consent protection (GDPR-K): enabled (tagForUnderAgeOfConsent.yes)
• Non-personalized ads only: with the above settings, advertising-identifier-based tracking and profiling are blocked; only non-personalized ads are served
• Sensitive category blocking: in the AdMob console we additionally block sensitive categories including dating, gambling, alcohol, politics, religion, consumer loans, weight loss, pharmaceuticals, astrology, cosmetic surgery, body modification, sexual references, get-rich-quick, etc.

These policies are designed to satisfy Google Play Families Policy and Apple App Store Kids / COPPA guidance.

You can additionally disable the advertising identifier through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy → Tracking → toggle off "Inception"
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Reset advertising ID" / "Opt out of personalized ads"

4. In-App Purchase Information

The Service offers a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ("Inception Premium"). All payments are processed entirely through Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not directly collect or retain any payment information such as card numbers or bank details. The only purchase-related data we recognize is the ownership flag, stored locally on your device.

We do not retain personally identifiable information on our servers. Learning data stored locally is deleted when the app is removed.

6. Third-Party Sharing

We do not share your information with third parties except as required by law or as described above for advertising delivery to Google AdMob.

7. Processors

We may entrust Google LLC (AdMob) with the processing of advertising identifiers for ad delivery purposes.

8. User Rights

You may opt out of advertising identifier use at any time. To delete your learning data, simply uninstall the app. For additional rights, contact us below.

9. Children Under 14

The Service is designed to be usable by children under 14. We do not collect identifiable personal information, so no separate guardian consent process is implemented. Additionally, the following protections are applied app-wide:

• COPPA tagForChildDirectedTreatment.yes applied to every ad request
• GDPR-K tagForUnderAgeOfConsent.yes applied to every ad request
• Ad content rating restricted to G (General audiences) — content inappropriate for children is blocked
• No advertising-identifier-based personalized ads or profiling

10. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this Policy in response to legal or service changes; revisions take effect upon posting on this page.
