Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between HASEGI Inc. (the "Company") and members regarding the use of the Myokine mobile application (the "App") and related services (the "Service").
Article 2 (Definitions)
- "Service" means all services available through the Myokine app provided by the Company.
- "Member" means a person who has agreed to these Terms and entered into a service agreement with the Company.
- "Account" means the email address selected by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.
- "Nickname" means a combination of characters set by the member for identification and service use.
- "Workout Records" means workout activities and related data performed by the member through the app.
- "Points" means virtual currency that can be used within the Service and earned through workout activities.
- "Premium Service" means additional features and content provided for a fee.
Article 3 (Effect and Amendment of Terms)
- These Terms become effective for all members who use the Service.
- The Company may amend these Terms as necessary within the scope that does not violate applicable laws.
- When the Terms are amended, the Company will announce the changes through in-app notifications at least 7 days before the effective date.
- If a member does not agree with the amended Terms, they may discontinue use of the Service and withdraw membership.
- If a member does not express refusal within 7 days after the amendment notice, they are deemed to have agreed to the amended Terms.
Article 4 (Membership Registration)
- Membership registration is completed when a user agrees to these Terms, applies for registration according to the Company's procedures, and the Company approves the application.
- Membership registration is available through the following methods:
- Social login through Google account
- The Company may refuse or cancel membership registration in the following cases:
- Use of another person's name
- Provision of false information or failure to provide required information
- Children under 14 years old without parental consent
- Previous loss of membership status (except when re-registration is approved)
- Other violations of these Terms
- During membership registration and use, members may optionally provide health information (height, weight, age range) to receive personalized service.
- Health information is not required and members may use the Service without providing it.
Article 5 (Changes to Member Information)
- Members can view and modify their personal information through the in-app profile editing function.
- Members must immediately update information registered during membership registration if it changes.
- The Company is not responsible for disadvantages caused by delays in updating member information.
Article 6 (Personal Information Protection)
- The Company strives to protect members' personal information in accordance with applicable laws.
- The collection, use, and protection of members' personal information are governed by a separate "Privacy Policy."
- The Company does not provide members' personal information to third parties without consent, except in the following cases:
- When required by law
- When necessary for service provision (e.g., cloud service providers)
Article 7 (Service Provision)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Exercise videos and guides
- Workout record and statistics management
- Custom workout routine creation
- Preset workout routines
- Achievement and badge system
- Level and experience point system
- Notification services
- Other services developed or provided through partnerships by the Company
- The Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year in principle.
- The Company may temporarily suspend service provision due to maintenance, replacement, malfunction of computer or information communication facilities, or communication interruption.
- The Company may change all or part of the Service for significant reasons such as service reorganization.
Article 8 (Premium Services and Payment)
- The Company may provide some services for a fee, and users must pay the specified fees when using paid services.
- The types and fees of Premium Services are specified within the app.
- Premium Services include access to all exercise videos, removal of advertisements, advanced statistics, and other premium features.
- Members can pay through the following methods:
- Google Play in-app purchase
- Other payment methods provided by the Company
- Premium subscription plans:
- Monthly subscription: Auto-renews every month
- Annual subscription: Auto-renews every year
- Subscriptions automatically renew and can be cancelled anytime through Google Play Store settings.
- If the service is not used at all within 7 days after payment completion, members may request cancellation of subscription.
- If the service cannot be provided due to the Company's fault, the Company will refund the usage fee.
Article 9 (Point and Level System)
- Members can earn points and experience points through workout activities.
- Points can be used to purchase premium content within the app.
- The Company may recover or adjust points in the following cases:
- Obtained through fraudulent means
- Erroneously granted due to system errors
- Upon membership withdrawal
- Points cannot be converted to cash.
- Levels and experience points are indicators of member activity and may be linked to specific benefits.
Article 10 (Content and Copyright)
- The Company owns all copyrights and intellectual property rights to all content provided (exercise videos, images, text, audio, etc.).
- Members may not reproduce, transmit, publish, distribute, broadcast, or otherwise use information obtained through the Service or provide it to third parties without the Company's prior consent.
- Members own the copyright to content they create, such as custom routines, but the Company may use it within the scope necessary for service provision.
Article 11 (Advertising Placement)
- The Company may place advertisements within the app in connection with service operation.
- Members are deemed to have agreed to the placement of advertisements displayed when using the Service.
- The Company is not responsible for the content of advertisements and is not liable for losses or damages caused by members' transactions with external services through advertisements.
Article 12 (Member Obligations)
- Members must not engage in the following acts:
- Theft of others' information
- Registration of false information
- Infringement of the Company's or third parties' intellectual property rights
- Acts that damage the reputation of or interfere with the business of the Company or third parties
- Posting or publishing obscene material, violent messages, or other information contrary to public order and morals
- Hacking or distribution of computer viruses
- Abnormal use of the app or fraudulent acquisition of points
- Use of automated means (macros, bots, etc.) to use the Service
- Other acts that violate applicable laws or these Terms
- Members must comply with these Terms and applicable laws and must not engage in acts that interfere with the Company's business.
Article 13 (Service Use Restrictions)
- The Company may restrict service use as follows when a member violates these Terms or interferes with normal service operation:
- Warning
- Temporary suspension (7 days/15 days/30 days)
- Permanent suspension
- Membership revocation
- The Company will notify members of the reason and period of use restrictions in advance. However, in urgent cases, notification may be provided afterward.
- Members may file an objection if they have objections to use restrictions.
Article 14 (Service Suspension)
- The Company may restrict or suspend all or part of the Service in the following cases:
- Maintenance, inspection, replacement, malfunction, communication interruption of facilities
- Force majeure events such as power outages, natural disasters, war, emergencies, service facility failures
- When normal service provision is impossible due to service congestion
- When service provision is impossible due to other significant reasons
- The Company will announce service suspension in advance. However, in case of force majeure, announcement may be made afterward.
- The Company may modify, suspend, or change all or part of the free service according to the Company's policies and operational needs without providing separate compensation.
Article 15 (Disclaimer)
- The Company is exempted from liability when unable to provide the Service due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, or suspension of telecommunications carriers' services.
- The Company is not responsible for service use failures due to members' fault.
- The Company does not guarantee expected effects (physical fitness improvement, weight loss, etc.) from using the Service and is not liable for such effects.
- The Company has no obligation to intervene in disputes that occur between members or between members and third parties through the Service and is not liable for resulting damages.
- The Company is not liable for the use of free services except as specifically provided by applicable laws.
Article 16 (Health and Safety Precautions)
- This Service provides general exercise information that does not consider individual health conditions.
- Members must comply with the following:
- Perform adequate warm-up and stretching before exercising
- Adjust exercise intensity according to individual health condition and physical fitness
- Immediately stop exercising if experiencing pain or discomfort
- Consult a doctor before starting exercise if you have chronic conditions or are pregnant
- The Company is not responsible for injuries, illness, or death caused by inappropriate exercise.
- Members acknowledge all risks that may occur during exercise and use the Service at their own responsibility.
Article 17 (Membership Withdrawal and Loss of Membership)
- Members may request withdrawal at any time through the in-app settings menu.
- The following information is immediately deleted upon membership withdrawal:
- Workout records and statistics
- Custom routines
- Achievements and badges
- Points and levels
- However, the following information may be retained for a certain period according to applicable laws:
- Records on contracts or withdrawal of subscription: 5 years
- Records on consumer complaints or dispute resolution: 3 years
- The Company may restrict or revoke membership if members violate these Terms.
Article 18 (Damages)
- If the Company causes damage to members through intentional or gross negligence, the Company is liable to compensate for such damage.
- If members cause damage to the Company by violating these Terms, members are liable to compensate for such damage.
- Compensation liability may be limited for damages caused to members in connection with the use of free services.
Article 19 (Dispute Resolution)
- Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and members shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
- Lawsuits regarding disputes between the Company and members shall be filed in the court with jurisdiction under the Civil Procedure Act.
Article 20 (Notification)
- When the Company notifies members, it may do so through the email address registered by the member or through in-app notifications.
- The Company may substitute individual notification by posting in in-app announcements when notifying an unspecified number of members.
Article 21 (Supplementary Provisions)
- Effective Date: These Terms are effective from December 20, 2025.
- Matters not specified in these Terms shall be governed by applicable laws and customary practices.
