Privacy Policy
Hasegi Inc. ("the Operator") operates the mobile application Today's Cross ("the Service"), and respects the privacy of its users. This policy complies with the Korean Personal Information Protection Act and relevant laws, and explains what information the Service collects and how it is used and protected.
01Information Collected
The Service has no sign-up or login feature and does not directly collect personally identifiable information such as name, email, phone number, or location. Only the following limited data is processed.

The watchlist information above is not transmitted to any server or external cloud. It is used only on the device the app is installed on.
02Purpose of Use
- Advertising identifier — Mobile ad delivery and frequency capping (required; if the user denies the advertising identifier, ad blocking mode is automatically applied).
- Watchlist — Provide a separate tab to view signals only for stocks the user is interested in.
- Notification preferences — Daily local-only push summary of golden cross signals at the user-configured time (no server transmission).
- App diagnostics — Stability improvement and bug fixes.
03Retention Period
- Watchlist and notification preferences are kept on the device until the user deletes them or uninstalls the app.
- The advertising identifier is processed under Google AdMob policy. The user may reset or block it at any time in OS settings.
- Crash logs are retained for 90 days to 2 years per Apple App Store Connect / Google Play Console policy.
04Third-Party Disclosure & Processing
The Operator does not share user information with third parties without consent. Some processing is delegated to the following services.

05User Rights
- Reset the advertising identifier or opt out of personalized ads: iOS [Settings → Privacy → Advertising], Android [Settings → Ads].
- Delete watchlist or notification preferences: remove them in-app, or uninstall the app for immediate permanent deletion.

06Security Measures
- The Service does not collect identifying user information, so no dedicated server storage is operated.
- All external communication is encrypted with HTTPS (TLS 1.2 or higher).
- The security standards of processors (such as Google) are observed.

09Changes to This Policy
