- Institution (subscription): via an in-app subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play, run unlimited elder profiles and use all features (statistics, attendance, record export) with no ads.
- The subscription fee and billing period (monthly/yearly) follow the price shown in each store and are charged to the user's store account.
- The subscription auto-renews before the end of the term; manage or cancel renewal in your store account settings.
- Refunds follow each store's refund policy. Where a free trial is offered, it converts to paid automatically unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Institution (direct license): for institutions needing a tax invoice, the Company may issue an offline license key. Terms/fees are agreed separately between the Company and the institution.
- Mobile data charges incurred during use are borne by the user.
